Eastbound is a fictional concept project for a surf shop located in Westhampton Beach, NY. When you go into the town of Westhampton Beach, there are signs everywhere pointing drivers to the beach. On these signs they have the name of the beach and a seagull on the top right corner. I emulated the sign by using seagull within the logo. I want the viewer to feel at home when they recognize the seagull. I used a teal for the color palette because I wanted to mix the blue from the water and the green from the road sign. Below is the alternative logos, color palette, typography, and collateral.
